The design project for the opening of the Deusto Canal has been awarded

The Bilbao City Council has awarded the contract for the design of the construction project for the opening up of the Deusto Canal to Ingeniería Técnica y Proyectos S.A. (TYPSA) for €232,800.

The estimated cost of the works to open up the Deusto Canal is €15,000,000 which will be met by the Bilbao City Council. The works will be carried out simultaneously with the construction of the bridge that will join Zorrotzaurre and Deusto.
